This is our extremely happy "morning" baby. Definately not like her parents! Unfortunately you can't see her kicking her feet and flailing her arms wildly in excitement. It's rather adorable.

First Play Date with Little Nash!

Isabelle and I had our first official play date
when I babysat my coworkers son, Nash who is only a couple of weeks older than Isabelle.

She absolutely loved the extra attention from little Nash, besides the one moment shortly after this picture when Nash accidently stole her rings out of her hands. She was EXTRA mad about that! Poor Nash, he was just flailing his rings around and got his hand stuck in her rings while she flailed hers around, and thus got the rath of Isabelle!

It was definately an experience for me and made me VERY SURE that I never want to have twins!

They were both really fun and cute though to watch! We love her little friend Nash.

This was the day after cousin Nicholas Smoot was born. Marg's two girls, Elise and Kaleena stayed at our house while she had little Nicholas.

As you can tell, Isabelle loves her cousins, especially Elise!

They give her so much attention which is exactly what she wants ALWAYS!

Kaleena's only really good picture -- It took three tries for her to pay attention long enough to smile for the camera! What a lot of work, j/k!

Easter Dress Photos

Isabelle has the best Grandmothers in the world. This beautiful Easter dress was made by her Grandma Ruth. She also loves to eat the ribbon on this dress. Do you think she is teething?!

As you can tell from this picture she is just learning how to sit up on her own, not quite as good at it as she is in the blessing dress and red flower dress photos. I think this was one of the first times she really had sat on her own for any length of time!

Blessing Dress Photo

Grandma Karen made this GORGEOUS dress from my wedding dress material scraps. I designed the dress, but I am truly impressed and grateful for the time and love that was put into making this dress for my little woman! I love you mom! This is in place of the pictures that were not taken by family members at her blessing. Mom and Dad took a really good one, but the face was washed out on the film and negative. Too bad! Amazingly enough she still fit into the dress thankfully so we could take this picture to remember her in the dress. This one is pretty cute anyways, she is sporting her "sitting all by herself " trick, which as you can see she is pretty proud of herself!
